What is DespatchPal?

DespatchPal is a simple and easy way to print Paypal and eBay address labels and label sheets, both for occasional users and regular despatchers. DespatchPal can create all necessary paperwork for a single sale or 100’s of items.

DespatchPal came to exist because we scoured the internet looking for a program that would do this well and easily. We saw programs costing a few pounds (frankly most are terrible) to ones costing 100s of pounds a year to maintain. None of these looked right for what we wanted and many were US-centric.

DespatchPal is designed for use in the UK (so we have spelt it “Despatch” instead of Dispatch :). If there is a demand we will create a US version. But that is for the future.

DespatchPal is TOTALLY FREE if you do not want or expect any urgent technical support.

You will need support as and when eBay or Paypal change their web page, email layouts or downloadable file layouts or content. (this has happened twice since releasing DespatchPal 1)

New Major versions will be made available for free download after all supported customers have been updated. In between Major releases updates will Cost only 99p (plus VAT).

Of course you may need support because of bugs - there are bound to be some. Please e-mail bug reports (with or without support) and we will address them.
